Description:
Two top-up scholarships are being offered for full-time PhD students to undertake research in the ecological, physical, cultural or socioeconomic aspects of the Great Artesian Basin. The scholarship will supplement primary postgraduate awards for PhD projects commencing in 2010.
There is no closing date for receipt of applications. Applications may be submitted at any time.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or have Australian Permanent Resident status and be successful in obtaining a primary scholarship such as an Australian Postgraduate Award or equivalent.
Amount awarded:
The value of the award is $5000 per annum (tax exempt) and is for up to 3 years.
