Shire 2012 ADHD Scholarship Program for U.S Citizen

This Scholarship is intended for US citizens accepted to or attending an approved college, university, vocational, or technical school as an undergraduate student that has been diagnosed with ADHD and is under the care of a licensed health care professional for ADHD.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Be accepted to or enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, accredited trade, technical or vocational school or other “eligible educational institution,” as this term is defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.
  • Be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
  • At the time of submitting this application each applicant must be diagnosed with ADHD and under the care of a licensed health care provider for ADHD, although no specific future or ongoing plan of management or treatment for applicant’s ADHD is required in order for applicant to be eligible for the Program.
